Mission

Transforming Followers into Leaders, and Leaders into – Agents of Change.

Vision

At Hope For All Outreach Christian Center, we are committed to searching and seeking out those without Christ, through what is known as Relationship and Healing Evangelism.

We help them understand the culture of the Kingdom of God and develop meaningful relationships as we share the gospel of Jesus Christ. We help them repair their broken lives by “building bridges”. These bridges provide the flow that strengthens them, so they are empowered to share their successes and failures.

Through this principle, we are offered salvation as healing for our souls. This allows us to recognize that the power of the Holy Spirit is the only agent that can bring healing to our lives (heal our broken hearts, our wounded spirits, and our depressed minds).

After this process, we are ready to move to the next level of our lives, where we can occupy our rightful position in Christ, in the church, our homes, our communities, and in the nation as a whole. This, we hope to accomplish through both spiritual and secular education. To the Glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

History

September 11, 2001, was a significant day in the lives of many New Yorkers, the nation, and the world as a whole; a day of tragedy, pain, destruction, devastation, and loss, but it was also a day of a birthing of a ministry: Hope For All Outreach Center.

Bishop Christopher E. Finch founded the ministry in an answer to a call to ‘Rescue and Recover’ all lost souls, as his soul was saved through dedication to the Lord, Jesus Christ, in oath and service, and his physical being from the demise of September 11th.

Bishop Finch was one of the many who worked in Tower 1, on the 86th floor as a Construction Supervisor with a perfect attendance – but not on that day. Bishop Finch was divinely led not to attend work, and to just take a day of rest, for the first time in his employment as Supervisor.

While many came to know that our nation was attacked in the morning hours of September 11th, along with that realization, Bishop Finch instantly knew with full awareness that his life was indeed spared — spared for a purpose, with a life full of PURPOSE.

Bishop Finch immediately began to join those at Ground Zero in efforts to rescue and recover the lives of those who were amongst the injured and fallen to search them out and offer any and every assistance he could in the months that followed.

He did this all with the tugging of Spirit to continually Rescue and Recover, but for all souls of the world to the Lord, Jesus Christ, and to encourage and enlighten them in the knowledge that although surrounded by pain and destruction; there is and will always be hope – thus Hope For All was born.

Along with the blessings of his wife, Margaret, Bishop Finch dedicated his life to full-time ministry and opened the doors of Hope For All Outreach Center in the basement of his home with a starting membership of just 29 members steadily growing in numbers until Sunday School was held in the back yard of their home.

Bishop Finch and his family used all earnings and savings and poured them into his vision and calling to Bishop and teach the word of God, and in time found a new facility to house Hope For All. The Ministry proceeded to grow and blossom as the hand of the Lord was with Bishop Finch, and availed to him all materials needed for the new house of worship, from lumber, to sheetrock, to chairs, plumbing materials, etc.

Hope For All is now a thriving ministry vastly growing both spiritually and in numbers of members, with many returning visitors and guests every Sunday.
